Tom began training with me, in all areas of dog grooming, in September 2012.
Through out this time he has mastered, and excelled in, every area of the business.

His eye for detail and finishing are extremely good and he is very thorough in his approach to grooming. Technically, he has excellent skills whether it be with scissors, clippers, hand stripping etc.
I run my business from my house and have never had any concerns about welcoming Tom into my family’s home. I recently snapped my Achilles tendon and Tom has taken over the practical side of the business entirely until I am, literally, back on my feet. He is doing fantastically and my clients are all absolutely thrilled with his results.
Tom’s customer service skills are also excellent. He greets all clients with a smile and calm approach. Customers have been able to approach him with any particular requests necessary and have shown their loyalty by re-booking with him. He is a calm presence with the dogs using only positive reinforcement methods whilst grooming.
I cannot recommend Tom highly enough and he will book up fast, get on his list while you can.
